Ugh... Why oh why is Optus so shite? Why does it feel like it's taking them forever to sort this latest issue out? Know why it annoys me? I have my business to run which I normally do from home, but instead today, I'm leeching internet access from my fave locals down at Darling Street Espresso and attempting to do phone calls/messages, online training and web updates for my business.
I can't take payments from folks on my Square without internet access (but have since been informed that I can do this offline and it will sort itself out when it is all working again), can't do my banking today like I normally would in the morning but also, if I didn't have today off from my office job, how the bloody hell am I supposed to do that today?
So, Optus, pull your finger out, you're stressing too many people out today!
